The Phoenix Union Foundation for Education is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit entity (#86-0523265) that supports PXU’s mission of “Preparing Every Student for Success in College, Career and Life.” The Foundation was founded in 1984 to enhance cooperation and collaboration between the Phoenix business community and PXU.
The Foundation’s goals align with the strategic plan of PXU and include:
- Support pathways for success in college, career and life.
- Award scholarships to students pursuing post-secondary education.
- Encourage creative learning opportunities that support the mission of the District and the Foundation.
- Generating need-based funds for students, educators and families of PXU.
